5. Pricing & Payment

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or peak periods.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered. Ownership of the goods passes only after full payment is received.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns

We may offer change‑of‑mind returns for stationery items at our discretion, provided items are unused and returned in original condition.

Change‑of‑mind policies do not apply to:

  • used stationery

  • items damaged after delivery

  • clearance items (unless faulty)

Our change‑of‑mind processes do not affect your consumer guarantee rights.

We do not impose unlawful restocking or processing fees for consumer guarantee claims.

9. Bookish Bundles – Additional Information

Bookish bundles are curated collections of multiple stationery items sold together at a combined price.

  • Individual items in bundles are not sold separately

  • If a bundle contains a faulty item, remedies will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law

  • We do not represent that all items in a bundle are identical in colour or finish unless expressly stated
